We primarily target the entry-level, affordable housing sector, where demand and shortages are most acute. Our projects are specifically designed to alleviate the severe housing shortage in Middle Tennessee, focusing on creating high-density, affordable living options for those interested in purchasing or leasing homes in today's market.
